LEVEL 2: THE EXPANSION

Consciousness Medicine Online Level 2: THE EXPANSION is a 12 module course of self-paced online learning. During each of the 12 modules, you will be invited to explore various techniques which will expand your consciousness and take you into a non ordinary state. The first class will review what you have learned and discovered during the Level 1 course, as a review and a reminder. The following 10 classes will systematically dive into the 5 aspects of the Holistic Model, in turn exploring techniques on the Body level, on the Emotional level, the Spiritual level, the Community level and the Environment level.
This Level 2 course will bring you into deeper places of your inner self, into trance like states. Please be attentive in creating a calm and supportive environment as you ready yourself for each class, and allow some time to stabilize and reflect afterwards.

THE FLOW OF EACH CLASS

• You will watch/or listen to a short talk for about 5 minutes on the theme of the class.
• With my recorded guidance, you will do a specific practice connected with the topic for about 45 minutes.
• At the end of each exploration, you will use your journal to do some writing to gather your thoughts and impressions
